Autocratic leadership is also known as authoritarian leadership. It is a method of controlling the people in an organisation, by a limited number of leaders according to their point of view. Most of the time, they never engage with their followers ideas. Autocratic leaders use their power to control the followers. There are some good qualities and bad qualities in autocratic leadership, as well as in other leadership styles. The leaders use this autocratic style, are like bossy or dictators.
